Errand/Courier Service –  Our service area is specialized in the Northwest Valley including but not limited to Glendale, Peoria, Anthem, Sun City, Surprise, Litchfield, Tolleson, El Mirage, Avondale and Luke Air Force Base.  Service for Greater Metro Phoenix is also available. All errands are based on a flat hourly rate and includes the first 25 miles of drive time, with each additional mile charged at the rate of $.49 per mile. Mileage start point is the Dreamweaver office and stops when your personal assistant completes the last requested service.  As many errands as possible will be ran within each hour as possible.  Fuel surcharge may apply.

Pet Service – Anytime it is required to transport a pet it is the clients' responsibility to  supply a copy of pet’s current vaccinations and an adequate pet carrier.
 
Payments - Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered. Hourly services are paid in advance by cash, check, credit card or money order, made payable to Dreamweaver Lifestyle Management and Concierges, LLC. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice, are scheduled with a convenience fee of $25.00, to accommodate necessary scheduling changes. Any prices listed by Dreamweaver Lifestyle Management and Concierges, LLC. are for services rendered by Dreamweaver Lifestyle Management and Concierges, LLC. and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request.  1 hour minimum on all services requested with billing then being charged in 15 minute increments.  Requests for services on and /or during holidays, weekends or outside of normal business hours are available with an additional surcharge. 

Unused Hours - All hours for monthly membership plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.

Privacy Policy - All personal and credit card information obtained by Dreamweaver Lifestyle Management and Concierges, LLC, is gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered.  At no time, will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Dreamweaver Lifestyle Management and Concierges, LLC.
